[origin: JPH01321924A] PURPOSE: To rapidly brake a thread guide mechanism with the nearly same delay as a spindle by preparing a device for pressurizing a belt to whorls by means of an adjustable force. CONSTITUTION: A belt 12 is pressurized to whorls 11 by means of an adjustable force with a pressurizing device. A cam 18 is provided in a control bar 17 which changes a pressurizing force of each pressurizing roller 13 in the pressurizing device, the control bar 17 is transferred in parallel with the running direction of the belt 12, and a force for pressurizing the pressurizing roller 13 to the belt 12 against an elastic bending force of the plate piece 15 is adjusted. The control bar 17 is moved with a double-acting cylinder piston.
