[origin: EP0331642A2] A prefabricated building element made of reinforced concrete in the form of a regular four-sided hollow pyramid contains, in mutually opposite pyramid faces, fastening points (6-9) for the mutual mounting. The pyramid faces are furthermore provided with openings (2- 5) to the inner cavity of the pyramid. Centring means for the mutual centring of the building elements within a system are provided at the fastening points. The pyramid faces with the fastening points have a greater width than the intermediate pyramid faces. The elements are screwed to one another. They form wall, ceiling and supporting elements with a relatively small basic grid. <IMAGE>
