Abstract (en)

The packaging container for receiving a flowable product consists of a flexible bag resting in a rigid envelope and having a closeable bung (1) and an opening assigned to said bung in the envelope, it being possible for the bung to be pulled out of the envelope by means of a grip attachment, arranged on said bung, and to be fixed at the edge of the opening by an abutment. A solution is to be provided which allows the bung of a container of the relevant type to be put into a functional position of readiness for metering immediately after it has been pulled out of and positioned on the rigid packaging envelope and, in doing so, to guarantee that unintentional product outflow does not take place in any metering positions, above all, however, in the closed position. This is achieved in that the bung (1) is provided with a laterally directed product outlet tube (7) which branches radially and laterally from an axially directed cylindrical inside tube (5) of the bung, it being possible for the outlet cross-section (8) of said tube to be closed and exposed by means of a cylindrical tube (10), extending into the inside tube (5), with a corresponding opening (14) of a closure cap (9), which is rotatable in relation to the bung, the outlet cross-section (9) or the opening (14) being constructed with an edge bead (19) on the mutually facing side, and in that the radial extension of the product outlet tube (7) is equal to or smaller than that of the abutment of the bung (1). <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Mit einem Verpackungsbehälter zur Aufnahme eines fließfähigen Produktes, der aus einem in einer steifen Umhüllung gelagerten flexiblen Sack mit verschließbarem Auslaufspund (1) und diesem zugeordneter Öffnung in der Umhüllung besteht, wobei der Auslaufspund mittels eines an diesem angeordneten Griffansatzes aus der Umhüllung ziehbar und mit einem Widerlager am Rand der Öffnung festlegbar ist, soll eine Lösung geschaffen werden, welche es ermöglicht, den Auslaufspund eines Behälters der betreffenden Art sofort nach seinem Herausziehen aus und Positionieren an der steifen Verpackungsumhüllung in eine dosierbare Funktionsbereitschaftsstellung zu versetzen und dabei zu gewährleisten, daß in allen Dosierstellungen, vor allem aber in Schließstellung, ein ungewolltes Ausfließen von Produkt nicht stattfindet. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß der Auslaufspund (1) mit einem seitlich gerichteten Produktaustrittsrohr (7) versehen ist, das radial seitlich von einem axial gerichteten zylindrischen Innenrohr (5) des Auslaufspundes abzweigt, wobei dessen Austrittsquerschnitt (8) mittels eines sich in das Innenrohr (5) erstreckenden zylindrischen Rohres (10) mit einer entsprechenden Öffnung (14) einer gegenüber dem Auslaufspund verdrehbaren Verschlußkappe (9) schließ- und freigebbar ist, wobei der Austrittsquerschnitt (8) oder die Öffnung (14) mit einem Randwulst (19) an der aneinander zugekehrten Seite ausgebildet ist, und daß die radiale Erstreckung des Produktaustrittsrohres (7) gleich oder kleiner als die des Widerlagers des Auslaufspundes (1) ist.
