Process for installing, under tension, a cloth (1) around a surface (2): the cloth (1) is pretensioned around the surface and strips (14) are if necessary added to the ends (3) of the cloth (1), and the cloth (1) is joined up and the tension released. The tensioning device (5) has two straps (6) attachable to the ends (3) of the cloth and these are brought together by means of threaded rods (9) on which bolts (12) are screwed. <IMAGE>

Procédé de pose d'une toile (1) avec tension autour d'une surface à entourer (2), on prétend la toile (1) autour de la surface et on ajoute si nécessaire des bandes (14) aux extrémités (3) de la toile (1), on jonctionne ensuite la toile (1) et on relâche la tension. Le dispositif de mise en tension (5) comporte deux sangles (6) fixables aux extrémités (3) de la toile et que l'on rapproche à l'aide de tiges filetées (9) sur lesquelles on visse des boulons (12).
