The stirrup straps are fastened at two fastening points (3, 4) arranged at a distance from one another on the saddle (1) and form an approximately V-shaped loop. At the deepest point of this loop, the stirrups (5) are suspended freely movably. The rider thus attains a position of equilibrium in any position as the stirrup is always pressed under the effect of gravity into the lowest point of the loop. <IMAGE>

Die Steigbügelriemen sind an zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordneten Befestigungspunkten (3, 4) am Sattel (1) befestigt und bilden eine etwa V-förmige Schlaufe. Im tiefsten Punkt dieser Schlaufe sind die Steigbügel (5) frei beweglich aufgehängt. Der Reiter erreicht damit in jeder Lage einen Gleichgewichtszustand, da der Steigbügel durch Schwerkrafteinwirkung immer in den tiefsten Punkt der Schlaufe gepresst wird.
