Abstract (en)

The present invention relates to a section member adapted to operate as a stiffening structural element for signs, in particular traffic signs, and as a restraining element for the bolts anchoring these signs to their supporting posts. The section member is characterized in that it substantially comprises a first seat, adapted to perimetrically engage the sign sheet metal, so as to stiffen the sheet metal material. The subject section member comprises, moreover, a second seat, adapted to slidingly engage the head of a screw, forming a portion of a bolt for anchoring the sign on a supporting post, by means of specifically designed brackets.
