To produce a mangle trough (1) for large trough-type mangles with excellent dimensional rigidity and a high dimensional accuracy, it is proposed to design the trough plate (2) as a half-shell, with a mangling surface (3) facing the mangle roller and with a heatable outer surface (4), there being arranged at a distance from the outer surface (4) of the trough plate (2) a jacket plate (5) which is designed as a half-shell and which essentially covers the outer surface (4) of the trough plate and is connected firmly to this outer surface (4) on all sides, and the double jacket (7) thus formed has connections (8, 9) for the supply and removal (11, 12) of a heating medium, and guide webs (13) for the heating medium extend in the double jacket (7), in order, among other things, to improve the heat transmission. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Zur Herstellung einer Mangelmulde (1) für Großmuldenmangeln mit ausgeprägter Formsteifigkeit und hoher Maßgenauigkeit wird vorgeschlagen, das Muldenblech (2) als Halbschale auszubilden, mit einer der Mangelwalze zugewandten Mangelfläche (3) und mit einer beheizbaren Außenfläche (4), wobei mit Abstand zur Außenfläche (4) des Muldenblechs (2) ein als Halbschale ausgebildetes Mantelblech (5) angeordnet ist, welches die Außenfläche (4) des Muldenblechs im wesentlichen überdeckt und mit dieser Außenfläche (4) allseitig fest verbunden ist, und daß der so gebildete Doppelmantel (7) Anschlüsse (8, 9) für die Zuführung und Abführung (11, 12) eines Heizmediums aufweist, und daß in dem Doppelmantel (7) Leitstege (13) für das Heizmedium verlaufen, um u.a. die Wärmeübertragung zu verbessern.
