A printer with a printing station, a first feeding device for record carriers in the form of a continuous web (16), at least one second feeding device for record carriers in the form of single sheets (30) and delivery channels for the continuous web or the single sheets. Behind the printing station in the transport direction a deflector device (20) is arranged which guides the respective record carriers into the delivery channel appropriate to them. It comprises at least two folding deflector elements (36, 38) which directly at the exit of the printing station (12, 14) substantially extend over the width of the transport web for the record carriers (16, 30) and which are hinge-mounted on axes (40, 44) parallel to one another and at right angles to the transport web in such a manner that a first delivery channel can be opened between them and further delivery channels can be opened between one respective deflector element (36, 38) and a stationary guidance surface (52 or 50). More than two delivery channels can be actuated by different constellations of the deflector elements (36, 38). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Drucker mit einer Druckstation, einer ersten Zuführeinrichtung fur Aufzeichnungsträger in Form einer Endlosbahn (16), mindestens einer zweiten Zuführeinrichtung für Aufzeichnungsträger in Form von Einzelblättern (30) und Ausgabekanälen für die Endlosbahn bzw. die Einzelblätter. In Transportrichtung hinter der Druckstation ist eine Umlenkeinrichtung (20) angeordnet, welche die Aufzeichnungsträger jeweils in den für sie bestimmten Ausgabekanal lenkt. Sie umfaßt mindestens zwei klappenförmige Umlenkelemente (36, 38), die sich unmittelbar am Ausgang der Druckstation (12, 14) im wesentlichen über die Breite der Transportbahn für die Aufzeichnungstrager (16, 30) erstrecken und mit quer zur Transportbahn und parallel zueinander gerichteten Achsen (40, 44) derart schwenkbar gelagert sind, daß zwischen ihnen ein erster Ausgabekanal und zwischen jeweils einem Umlenkelement (36, 38) und einer stationären Leitfläche (52 bzw. 50) weitere Ausgabekanäle freigebbar sind. Durch verschiedene Stellungskonstellationen der Umlenkelemente (36, 38) sind mehr als zwei Ausgabekanäle ansteuerbar.
