Abstract (en)
In order to clean the outside of a spraying device (2) in the region of the spraying nozzle and, if present, air nozzles, the respective part of the spraying device (2) is inserted through an opening (4) into a container in which all the points to be cleaned are impacted directly with the cleaning liquid from a nozzle arrangement (6) which is moved around the part to be cleaned in an arcuate shape. The invention is particularly suitable for the fully automatic cleaning of the spray pistol guided by a paint-spraying robot. <IMAGE>

Zum Reinigen der Außenseite einer Sprühvorrichtung (2) im Bereich der Sprühdüse und ggf. vorhandener Luftdüsen wird der betreffende Teil der Sprühvorrichtung (2) durch eine Öffnung (4) in einen Behälter eingesetzt, in welchem von einer Düsenanordnung (6), die bogenförmig um den zu reinigenden Teil herumbewegt wird, alle zu reinigenden Stellen direkt mit der Reinigungsflüssigkeit beaufschlagt werden. Die Erfindung eignet sich insbesondere für das vollautomatische Reinigen der von einem Lackierroboter geführten Spritzpistole.
