Abstract (en)
A support (2a), made of lightweight, closed-cell plastic material, e.g. polyurethane foam, is preformed with a surface profile (20) which is matched to that of the shaped panel covering (3a) forming the base of the shower basin. The preformed support (2a) is placed on the solid base (41). The shower basin (1a), covered by the shaped panels (31, 30, 40), is integrated, preferably via expansion joints (50), in a liquid-tight manner in adjoining base and wall portions (40). The prefabrication of the shower basin (1a) from the support (2a) and panel covering (3a) allows the installation and adaptation of shower basins of variable shapes and sizes with minimum effort of time and construction. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Ein Träger (2a) aus leichtgewichtigem, geschlossenzelligem Kunststoffmaterial, z.B. Polyurethanschaum, wird mit einem Oberflächenprofil (20) vorgeformt, das demjenigen des den Duschtassenboden bildenden Formplattenbelages (3a) angepaßt ist. Der vorgeformte Träger (2a) wird dem festen Untergrund (41) aufgesetzt. Die mit den Formplatten (31, 30, 40) belegte Duschtasse (1a) wird flüssigkeitsdicht in anschließende Boden- und Wandabschnitte (40) eingebunden, vorzugsweise über Dehnungsfugen (50). Die Vorfertigung der Duschtasse (1a) aus Träger (2a) und Plattenbelag (3a) ermöglicht den Einbau und die Anpassung von Duschtassen variabler Form und Größe bei minimalem zeitlichen und baulichen Aufwand.
