Die Membranelektrolysevorrichtung weist Teile aus einer Diaphragma-Elektrolyse auf. Die Anoden der Membranelektrolysevorrichtung enthalten in einem Rahmen (1) 1 bis 3 Anoden aus einer Diaphragma-Elektrolysevorrichtung. Jede Anode besitzt elektrochemisch aktive Anodenflächen mit Gitterstruktur und einen zwischen den Anodenflächen angeordneten Stromleiter (5). Der Stromleiter (5) ist mit dem Rahmen verbunden. Vorzugsweise sind die Stromleiter der Anoden durch den Rahmen hindurchgeführt und mit einer stromführenden Schiene oder Platte (7) verbunden.
