Abstract (en)
Process for heat treatment of hydrocarbon feedstocks carried out in the presence of hydrogen polysulphides, aliphatic polysulphides and/or alicyclic polysulphides and of at least one hydrogen-donating compound in an inert atmosphere, for example under argon or in the presence of a gas containing hydrogen. The quantity of polysulphide is usually from 0.01 to 1 gram-atom of sulphide per 100 grams of feedstock to be treated and the quantity of hydrogen donor introduced is usually from 10 to 400 % by weight relative to the feedstock to be treated. <IMAGE>
