Abstract (en)
The invention concerns a back pack intended, though not exclusively, for walking and climbing. This back pack is constituted from two shells, one rigid (2) and the other semi-rigid (3), articulated about a point (4) located in the low position on either side of the pack and kept closed at a single point (5). The rigid shell has two concavities, one longitudinal (6) and the other transverse (7) and comprises, in combination, a ladder (27) for adjusting the height of the shoulder straps on the back, a dorsal cushion (12) adjustable in height and in lateral tension, a single removable part (19) forming two shoulder straps whose centre is connected to a guide (21) integral with an adjustment cursor (22), two load relief cords (23) permanently fixed to the top of the pack but adjustable on the shoulder straps and a floating hip belt (13) adjustable in lateral tension. <IMAGE>

L'invention concerne un sac à dos destiné, quoique non exclusivement, à la randonnée et à l'alpinisme. Ce sac à dos est constitué de deux coques, l'une rigide (2), l'autre semi-rigide (3), articulées autour d'un point (4) situé en position basse de part et d'autre du sac et maintenues fermées par un seul point (5). La coque rigide présente deux concavités, l'une longitudinale (6), l'autre transversale (7) et comporte en combinaison, une échelle de réglage (27) de la hauteur des bretelles sur le dos, un coussin dorsal (12) réglable en hauteur et en tension latérale, une pièce unique (19) amovible formant deux bretelles et dont le milieu est relié à un passant (21) solidaire d'un curseur de réglage (22), deux cordelettes de rappel de charge (23) fixées à demeure sur le haut du sac mais réglables sur les bretelles et une ceinture de hanche flottante (13) réglable en tension latérale.
