Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Münzenrollen, mit einer Zuführungsbahn 9 für flachliegende Münzen 7, mit einer Kippstation 15 zur Überführung der flachliegenden Münzen 7 in eine Hochkantlage und mit einer Wickelstation 16 zur Bildung der Münzenrolle 13 aus den zu einem Münzenstapel 14 zusammengefaßten, hochkant stehenden Münzen. Zur Erhöhung der pro Zeiteinheit zu Münzenstapeln 14 zusammenzustellenden und in Münzenrollen 13 zu verpackenden Münzen 7 und zur Verringerung der Baugröße der Vorrichtung sieht die Erfindung vor, daß die Kippstation 15 aus zwei parallelen Schienen 17, die sich in Längsrichtung an die Zuführungsbahn 9 anschließen und deren Abstand etwa kleiner ist als der Durchmesser der Münzen 7, und aus mindestens einem Münzen-Rückhalter 32 gebildet ist, der mit einer schräg zur Förderrichtung der Münzen 7 gerichteten Anstellfläche 35 für die Münzen 7 versehen und gegen eine Rückstellkraft entgegen der Förderrichtung der Münzen 7 kippbar gelagert ist.
