The invention relates to a cold conductor PTC heater which consists of an elongated supporting profile body 1, of thermally conductive material, having at least one supporting surface 10 and at least one PTC heating element which is thermally conductively connected and rests in a flat manner on one side thereon, and which consists of an upper and a lower electrode plate 4 and 5, and at least one PTC resistor element 2 arranged between said electrode plates, and a covering body with a flat section 22 which rests in a flat manner on the other side of the PTC heating element. Mounting rails 11 and 12 are constructed on the supporting profile body 1, on both sides of the supporting surface 10, which mounting rails respectively hold the edge strips 23 and 24 of the covering body, constructed as a covering plate 8, in a closely seated manner. At least one longitudinally running bead 25 and 26 is constructed on each of these edge strips 23 and 24 of the covering plate 8. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kaltleiter-PTC-Heizkörper, der aus einem länglichen Trägerprofilkörper 1 aus wärmeleitfähigem Material mit wenigstens einer Auflagefläche 10 und wenigstens einem auf dieser in wärmeleitender Verbindung einseitig flach aufliegenden PTC-Heizelement aus einer oberen und einer unteren Elektrodenplatte 4 und 5 und wenigstens einem dazwischen angeordneten PTC-Widerstandselement 2 und einem Deckkörper mit einem auf der anderen Seite des PTC-Heizelements flach aufliegenden Flächenabschnitts 22 besteht. An dem Trägerprofilkörper 1 sind beiderseits der Auflagefläche 10 Halteschienen 11 und 12 ausgebildet, die jeweils die Randstreifen 23 und 24 des als Deckplatte 8 ausgebildeten Deckkörpers engsitzend aufnehmen. An diesen Randstreifen 23 und 24 der Deckplatte 8 ist jeweils mindestens eine längs verlaufende Sicke 25 und 26 ausgebildet.
