Abstract (en)
The stackable, folding carton is formed from cardboard in two or three layers by stamping out a blank and folding along perforated lines. Cut, fold, and perforation lines are imprinted in the blank, which has a roughly rectangular shape with cutaway portions, and comprises a bottom (1), a front flap (2), a rear wall (3), to which the lid (6) is attached, and sidewalls (4). The lid has sides (7) and a front part (5), while insertion tongues (8) are attached to the latter and to the rear wall. The side walls are joined to the front flap by lateral perforated links (9), and have support lips (10) extending for half their length. The tongues fit in small slots in the bottom or lid.
