[origin: US4915654A] The invention pertains to an electric plug connector with a contact plug housing and a contact sleeve housing, each of which has two side walls, two end walls, and, paralleling the side walls, a compartment partition with transverse compartment partitions, and with a passageway leading from one end wall and through the longitudinal compartment partition and the transverse compartment partitions, through which a bar-like locking slide can be inserted and withdrawn, while, in the area of each compartment, a prelocking stay is inserted through an open, U-shaped hole in the side walls, the base arm of which is directed toward the opening of the compartment, and the free ends of which protrude into the inner space of the compartment and are provided with an engagement shoulder rounded toward said inner space of the compartment.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen elektrischen Steckverbinder mit einem Kontaktstift- und einem Kontakthülsengehäuse, wobei die Gehäuse zwei Seitenwände, zwei Stirnwände und eine parallel zu den Seitenwänden verlaufende Kammerlängswand sowie Kammerquerwände aufweisen, und wobei in einer Stirnwand und in der Kammerlängswand sowie in den Querwänden eine Aussparung vorgesehen ist, in der ein balkenförmiger Verriegelungsschieber einschiebbar und herausziehbar gelagert ist, wobei in die Seitenwände durch U-förmige Freisparungen deren U-Schenkel zur Öffnung der Kammern weisen, elastisch nach außen schwenkbare Vorverriegelungsstege im Bereich jeder Kammer eingebracht sind, die im freien Endbereich mit einer zum Kammerinnenraum gerichteten gerundeten, in den Innenraum der Kammer vorspringenden Rastnase ausgerüstet sind.
