Abstract (en)
The wet mop (1) for cleaning floor surfaces consists of a bearing structure (2), preferably made of textiles, having holder insertion pockets (3), which are sewn on at the longitudinal ends on the upper side, and having material (4, 6), attached to the underside, for picking up dirt and moisture, and tassels, arranged peripherally at the front. The mop is to be improved to the effect that it has a low weight and, at the same time, a high degree of absorbency and liquid-storage capacity with a high capability of picking up dirt at the same time. <??>This is achieved in that sponge or non-woven material with a high degree of liquid absorbency is applied as the material on the underside in the form of several laminar strips (4) which are arranged adjacently in rows and form channels which are open at the bottom, the strips (4) each being attached to the bearing structure (2) in some regions. <IMAGE>

Ein Feuchtwischbezug (1) für die Fußbodenpflege, bestehend aus einem vorzugsweise textilen Trägergebilde (2) mit oberseitig an den Längsenden aufgenähten Haltereinschubtaschen (3) und mit unterseitig angebrachtem Material (4, 6) zur Aufnahme von Schmutz und Feuchtigkeit sowie vorderseitig umlaufend angeordneten Fransen, soll dahingehend verbessert werden, daß er ein geringes Eigengewicht und gleichzeitig hohe Saugfähigkeit und große Flüssigkeitsspeicherkapazität bei gleichzeitiger hoher Schmutzaufnahmefähigkeit aufweist. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß als unterseitiges Material Schwamm- oder Vliestuchmaterial mit hoher Flüssigkeitsaufnahmefähigkeit in Form von mehreren lamellenartig, in Reihen nebeneinander angeordneten und bodenseitig offenen Kanäle bildenden Streifen (4) angebracht ist, wobei die Streifen (4) jeweils bereichsweise an dem Trägergebilde (2) befestigt sind.
