Abstract (en)
A contact component (1) is mounted on one side on an earthed supporting part (9). A protective plug (5) can be plugged on the opposite side for protection of the electrical conductors against overvoltages. The protective plug has, e.g., overvoltage suppressors (6) which rest with one terminal on an earthing plate (7), whose end is bent at the sides in the insertion direction, and which are designed as sprung earthing contacts (8), bent back into themselves at an acute angle, which project significantly over the protective plug. <??>In consequence, it is possible for the earthing plate (7) to make contact directly with the supporting part (9), which provides a minimum of design complexity with a maximum of transmission safety. The earthing contacts (8) engage in cut-outs (10) which are arranged in the region of a bend in the supporting part. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Ein Kontaktbauteil (1) ist auf einer Seite an einem geerdeten Trägerteil (9) befestigt. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite ist ein Schutzstecker (5) zum Schutz der elektrischen Leitungen gegen Überspannungen aufsteckbar. Der Schutzstecker weist z. B. Überspannungsableiter (6) auf, die mit einem Pol an einem Erdungsblech (7) anliegen, dessen Ende seitlich in Steckrichtung abgebogen und als in sich spitzwinklig zurückgebogene, federnde Erdungskontakte (8) ausgebildet sind, die den Schutzstecker erheblich überragen. Dadurch ist es möglich, das Erdungsblech (7) unmittelbar mit dem Trägerteil (9) zu kontaktieren, was bei einem Maximum an Übertragungsicherheit ein Minimum an konstruktiven Aufwand mit sich bringt. Die Erdungskontakte (8) greifen in Durchbrüche (10) ein, die im Bereich einer Abwinkelung des Trägerteils angeordnet sind.
