The invention relates to a door lock, especially for motor vehicles, with a locking bolt or locking shackle arranged preferably on the vehicle body and with a lock case located on the door and having a pivotable latch which is engageable by means of a catch and which is pivotable into a release position by means of handles, levers and a linkage. The essence of the invention is that the bearing axle for the latch and the pivot axle for the catch are mounted in side plates, and that at least one intermediate piece serving at the same time as a retention bearing and having recesses is arranged between the side plates and together with these forms the lock case. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Türschloß, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge mit einem vorzugsweise an der Fahrzeugkarosserie angeordneten Schließbolzen (1) oder Schließbügel und einem türseitigen Schloßgehäuse mit einer verschwenkbaren Falle (3), die mit Hilfe einer Raste (5) verrastbar und mit Hilfe von Griffen, Hebeln und Gestänge in eine Freigabestellung verschwenkbar ist. Der Kern der Erfindung liegt darin, daß die Lagerachse (6) für die Falle und die Schwenkachse (7) für die Raste in Seitenplatten (8,9) gelagert sind und daß mindestens ein zugleich als Fanglager dienendes Zwischenstück (10) mit Ausnehmungen (12,13) zwischen den Seitenplatten angeordnet ist und zusammen mit diesen das Schloßgehäuse (15) bildet.
