Abstract (en)
Method for producing a self-supporting bundle from strand-like material, this strand-like material being wound in a plurality of layers onto an essentially conical winding reel. The layers are inclined relative to the longitudinal axis of the winding reel. The first layer contains N1 turns, whilst the next layer, wound in the same direction as the first layer, contains N1 + DELTA N turns. The number of turns in each winding layer wound in the same direction is increased in the same way, until the total number of possible turns at the selected winding pitch is reached. <IMAGE>

Verfahren zur Herstellung eines spulenlosen Gebindes aus strangförmigen Gut, wobei dieses strangförmige Gut in mehreren Lagen auf eine im wesentlichen kegelförmig gestaltete Wickelspule gewickelt wird. Die Lagen sind bezüglich der Längsachse der Wickelspule geneigt. Die erste Lage enthält N1 Windungen, die nächste Lage, die in die gleiche Richtung gewickelt wird wie die erste Lage, enthält N1 + Δ N Windungen. In gleicher Weise wird die Anzahl der Windungen bei jeder, in gleicher Richtung gewikkelten Wickellage erhöht, bis die Gesamtzahl möglicher Windungen bei der gewählten Wickelsteigung erreicht ist.
