Abstract (en)
The device includes a vacuum-tight enclosure (601) possessing a terminal element (610) comprising the exit wall of the enclosure. An exit screen (605) is stuck onto the inner face of this exit wall by means of a first adhesive (608) having an optical index identical with that of the exit wall. The terminal element of the enclosure is made integral with the remainder (611) of the enclosure by vacuum-tight fixing means (609). An anti-reflective layer (674) may optionally be deposited directly onto the outer face of the exit wall. <IMAGE>

Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend une enceinte étanche au vide (601) possédant un élément terminal (610) comportant la paroi de sortie de l'enceinte. Sur la face interne de cette paroi de sortie est collé un écran de sortie (605) au moyen d'une première colle (608) ayant un indice optique identique à celui de la paroi de sortie. L'élément terminal de l'enceinte est rendu solidaire du reste (611) de l'enceinte par des moyens de fixation (609) étanches au vide. Une couche anti-reflet (674) peut éventuellement être déposée directement sur la face externe de la paroi de sortie.
