Abstract (en)
A sawing machine with a vertical saw frame produces an ovoid sawing curve, when the frame (7) bears in the vicinity of each corner articulated blocks (16) which are engaged in slides (17, 18, 19, 20) which are themselves articulated by one end to a support member (2) of the machine. The lower (19, 20) and upper (17, 18) slides are subjected to a synchronised oscillating movement which is communicated by small rods (21, 23). The lower small rods (21) are controlled by an eccentric (22) moved in a vertical plane and the upper small rods (23) by a double-cam (25) oscillating pinion (24). <IMAGE>
