[origin: DE3642959A1] In the process described, the panel (1) consists of layers (3, 4) of which at least one (3) has been cross-sectionally weakened and bevelled and, after flexural distorsion, is joined to the other layer (4) by bonding and compression techniques. The cross-sectional weakening of at least one layer (3, 4) is produced by forming, by chip-removal, of grooves (5) parallel to one another; the intermediate parts (6) are, at the point where the panel (1) has to have weakened walls (2), bevelled by chip removal at a specified angle.

Dans le procédé décrit, le panneau (1) se compose de couches (3, 4) dont au moins une (3) est affaiblie en section ainsi que chanfreinée et, après déformation en flexion, est liée à l'autre couche (4) par des techniques de collage et de compression. L'affaiblissement en section d'au moins une couche (3, 4) est réalisé par formage, par enlèvement de copeaux, de gorges (5) parallèles les unes aux autres; les parties intermédiaires (6) sont, aux endroits où le panneau (1) doit présenter des parois affaiblies (2), chanfreinées par usinage par enlevèment de copeaux selon un angle déterminé.
