[origin: WO8903446A1] A device introduces a lap of fibres between an upper table (1) and a lower table (2) of a needling machine. Two symmetrical transfer devices (11a, 11b) each comprise a conveyor (13) which passes around an upstream cylinder (12) and around individually spring-loaded prisms (14) aligned parallel to the axis (16) of the cylinder. This enables each longitudinal region of the conveyor to be tensioned individually, and the conveyor can therefore be accurately guided despite its short length. The device is used to advance the lap almost to the interior of the needling pass between the upper and lower tables of the needling machine.

Le dispositif amène une nappe de fibres entre une table supérieure (1) et une table inférieure (2) d'une aiguilleteuse. Deux dispositifs de transfert symétriques (11a, 11b) comportent chacun un tapis (13) contournant d'une part un rouleau amont (12) et d'autre part des prismes (14) alignés parallèlement à l'axe (16) du rouleau et chargés individuellement par des ressorts. On réalise ainsi une tension individuelle de chaque région longitudinale du tapis, ce qui permet de guider convenablement le tapis malgré sa très faible longueur développée. Utilisation pour entraîner positivement la nappe quasiment jusqu'à l'intérieur du passage d'aiguilletage, compris entre les tables supérieure et inférieure de l'aiguilleteuse.
