Abstract (en)
To wet process high quality yarns, in particular hand knitting or carpet yarns or the like, in the form of hanks (4), the latter are introduced into a treatment vessel, the vessel is filled with liquor, and the treatment is carried out with recirculation of the liquor. To shorten the liquor ratio, more yarn weight is to be introduced into the treatment vessel per unit volume thereof. To this end, the hanks (4) are placed on a liquor-permeable belt (2), this belt, plus the hanks lying on top of it, is wound around a perforated hollow structure (3), in particular a perforated hollow pipe, and the resulting wound belt/hank package is secured against unwinding and placed on a package support of a treatment vessel.

Zur Naßbehandlung von hochwertigen Garnen, insbesondere Handstrick- und Teppichgarnen o.dgl., in der Form von Garnsträngen (4) werden diese in einem Behandlungsbehälter eingebracht, wird dieser mit Flotte gefüllt, und wird die Naßbehandlung unter Umwälzung der Flotte ausgeführt. Zur Verkürzung des Flottenverhältnisses soll mehr Garngewicht je Volumeneinheit des Behandlungsbehälters in diesen eingebracht werden. Hierzu werden die Garnstränge (4) auf einem flottedurchlässigen Band (2) abgelegt, wird dieses Band mit den auf ihm abgelegten Garnsträngen um einen perforierten Hohlkörper (3), insbesondere ein solches Rohr, gewickelt, der so gebildete Band/Garnstrang-Wickelkörper gegen Abwickeln gesichert und auf einen Wickelkörperträger eines Behandlungsbehälters aufgesteckt.
