In a device for guiding rolling stock between the rolls (1, 1') of a rolling stand, in particular between the horizontal work rolls of a rolling stand of a section rolling mill, comprising guide bodies, in particular essentially plate-shaped guide fittings (4) which are held by fitting carriers (14) and the somewhat pointed side of which is placed approximately tangentially against the roll surface (29) of the upper and lower rolls (1, 1'), the rolling stock (6) being guided at the inlet and outlet side (7, 9) of the rolls between the guide fittings (4), it is proposed to improve the adaptability of the guide fitting (4) to each roll pass and speed up fitting/removal by connecting the guide fitting (4) to the displaceably held chock (2), receiving the rolls (1, 1') of the rolling stand housing (3). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einer Vorrichtung zur Walzgutführung zwischen den Walzen (1, 1') eines Walzgerüstes, insbesondere zwischen den horizontalen Arbeitswalzen eines Walzgerüstes eines Formstahl-Walzwerkes bestehend aus Führungskörpern, insbesondere aus von Armaturenträgern (14) gehaltenen im wesentlichen plattenförmigen Führungsarmaturen (4), deren eine etwas zugeschärfte Seite in etwa tangential an die Walzenoberfläche (29) der oberen und unteren Walzen (1, 1') angelegt ist, wobei das Walzgut (6) an der Ein- und Austrittsseite (7, 9) der Walzen zwischen den Führungsarmaturen (4) geführt ist wird vorgeschlagen, zum Zwecke der besseren Anpaßbarkeit der Führungsarmatur (4) an jeden Walzstich und zur schnelleren Montage / Demontage , die Führungsarmatur (4) mit dem die Walzen (1, 1') aufnehmenden verschieblich gehaltenen Einbaustück (2) des Walzgerüstständers (3) zu verbinden.
