Abstract (en)
The device for starting gas discharge lamps consists of an oscillator circuit with a pulse transformer (1) whose secondary winding (2) is connected in series with an inductor (3) and a gas discharge lamp (4). The oscillator circuit also contains the control circuit of a thyristor (5), which control circuit consists of two capacitors (6 and 7) to whose connecting point there are connected a cathode of a diode (8) and the anode of a dinistor (9). The thyristor (5) is connected in series with the primary winding (11) of the pulse transformer (1) and with a third capacitor (12), the oscillator circuit being connected via a bias resistor (13) to the mains supply. The device has a reduced active power consumption, a simplified circuit layout and reduced dimensions.

Die Vorrichtung zum Zünden von Gasentladungslampen besteht aus einem Schwingkreis mit einem Impulswandler (1), dessen Sekundärwicklung (2) in Reihe mit einer Drossel (3) und einer Gasentladungslampe (4) geschaltet ist. Im Schwingkreis befindet sich auch der Steuerkreis eines Thyristors (5), der aus zwei Kondensatoren (6 und 7) besteht, an deren Verbindungspunkt die Kathode einer Diode (8) und die Anode eines Dinistors (9) angeschlossen sind. Der Thyristor (5) ist in Reihe mit der Primärwicklung (11) des Impulswandlers (1) und einem dritten Kondensator (12) geschaltet, wobei der Schwingkreis über einen Vorwiderstand (13) an das Speisenetz angeschlossen ist. Die Vorrichtung hat einen verminderten Aufwand an aktiver Leistung, einen vereinfachten Schaltungsaufbau und verringerte Abmessungen.
