In an arranging element, formed by deep-drawing a plastic sheet material, dished compartments (1) are provided for receiving articles, especially chocolates, the side walls of which compartments converge from the opening edge towards the bottom (3). Extending beyond the entire height of the side walls are support ribs (5) which project in the direction towards the interior of the respective dished compartment (1) and are constructed in the side walls by means of adjacently extending profiles (4), said profiles (4) being designed as bulges with a rounded cross section. All the bulges (4) have in each case a plane of symmetry (M-M) which is perpendicular to the bottom plane (3) of the relevant dished compartment, the cross section of the bulges (4) then being of circular segment shape and extending with a constant radius over an angular range of less than 180 DEG . <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einer Sortiereinlage aus tiefgezogener Kunststoffolie sind Aufnahme-Nester (1) für die aufzunehmenden Waren, insbesondere Pralinen, vorgesehen, deren Seitenwände vom Öffnungsrand zum Boden (3) hin konvergieren. Über die gesamte Wandhöhe der Seitenwände hinweg verlaufen Stützrippen (5), die in Richtung auf das Innere des jeweiligen Aufnahme-Nestes (1) vorspringen und mittels nebeneinander verlaufender Profilierungen (4) in den Seitenwänden ausgebildet werden, wobei diese Profilierungen (4) als Ausbuchtungen mit gerundetem Querschnitt ausgeführt sind. Alle Ausbuchtungen (4) weisen jeweils eine zur Bodenebene (3) des betreffenden Aufnahme-Nestes senkrechte Symmetrieebene (M-M) auf, wobei dann der Querschnitt der Ausbuchtungen (4) kreisabschnittförmig ist und sich mit konstantem Radius über einen Winkelbereich kleiner als 180° erstreckt.
