[origin: JPH01283410A] PURPOSE: To take emergency actuation in an emergency without providing special devices additionally by defining the movement end positions of a piston by means of collar-shaped insert parts, and providing screw drives for the insert parts inside a housing. CONSTITUTION: The lower terminal position of a piston 3 is defined by a collar- shaped insert portion 14 fitted in a housing 2, and a screw drive 15 is placed at the insert part 14 and provided with a spindle 16 axially penetrating the housing 2. Thus, by adjusting the position of the insert part 14 axially by use of the screw drive 15, the movement end positions of the piston 3 can be varied. Therefore, emergency actuation can be taken in such an emergency as the malfunction of a device to be driven, without additionally providing special devices.
