Abstract (en)
The transport container for rolls, bobbins or similar has bearing journals at the ends, a bottom plate (1), designed, if appropriate, as a pallet, end walls (3), attached to the end faces of the bottom plate (1), and roll bearers (4), arranged or constructed on the end walls (3). The roll bearers (4) have in each case a lower part (5), preferably attached to the bottom plate (1), with a journal receptacle (6), and an upper part which can be removed from the lower part (5) and is likewise provided with a journal receptacle (7), if appropriate. An improvement in terms of transport is made in that the end walls (3) can be folded down inwards onto the bottom plate (1) and can be arrested in the upright state by anchoring elements (9). <IMAGE>

Ein Transportbehälter für Walzen, Wickelkörper od. dgl. mit endseitigen Lagerzapfen, mit einer, gegebenenfalls als Palette ausgeführten Bodenplatte (1), mit an den Stirnseiten der Bodenplatte (1) angebrachten Stirnwänden (3) und mit an den Stirnwänden (3) angeordneten oder ausgebildeten Walzenträgern (4), bei dem die Walzenträger (4) jeweils ein, vorzugsweise an der Bodenplatte (1) befestigtes, Unterteil (5) mit einer Zapfenaufnahme (6) und ein vom Unterteil (5) entfernbares, gegebenenfalls ebenfalls mit einer Zapfenaufnahme (7) versehenes Oberteil aufweisen, wird transporttechnisch dadurch verbessert, daß die Stirnwände (3) nach innen auf die Bodenplatte (1) herunterklappbar und in aufgeklapptem Zustand durch Verankerungselemente (9) arretierbar sind.
