For the comprehensive application of a combined rowing machine, both in a horizontally extending and in a vertically extending position of the frame 3, the padded board 1 is arranged in an articulated manner and the rowing arms 2 in a variable manner in respect of their height angle directly or indirectly on the frame. The padded board 1 has thus become a fixed component of the combined rowing machine. Due to the adjustable arrangement of the hinged points of the rowing arms 2, it is possible to carry out additional exercises and training of further muscle groups. <IMAGE>

Zur umfassenden Anwendung eines Ruderkombinationsgeräts sowohl in einer horizontal, als auch in einer vertikal verlaufenden Stellung des Rahmens 3 ist das Polsterbrett 1 gelenkig und die Ruderarme 2 höhenwinkelveränderlich direkt oder indirekt am Rahmen angeordnet. Das Polsterbrett 1 ist damit fester Bestandteil des Ruderkombinationsgerätes geworden. Durch die verstellbare Anordnung der Anlenkpunkte der Ruderarme 2 wird die Durchführung von zusätzlichen Übungen und Belastungen weiterer Muskelpartien ermöglicht.
