[origin: EP0336149A2] For the purpose of taking preferably folded printed products in a continuous sequence, transport paths (e.g. 24) are provided which in each case run in looping manner over various planes (31 to 35). The transport paths (24) are divided into different, separately controllable block sections, so that the printed-product receiving devices (e.g. 25, 26) which run along them, each of which devices comprises at least one carriage (30) and a driving head (28), can be controlled independently of one another and can be fed to a printed-product delivery station (9 to 13), each of which is preferably in the form of a folding apparatus. The use of support structures (38, 39) in the said receiving devices (25, 26) which can be pushed together or apart makes it possible to receive products continuously and to feed them to specified storage regions of further processing stations (19 to 23). <IMAGE>
