Abstract (en)
Concrete is pumped through a delivery line (16) into an annular distribution line (30) which has branch lines (34) at circumferential distances apart. The branch lines (34) can be blocked individually by means of shut-off members (36). The other end of the distribution line (30) is attached to a concrete-discharge device (52). When the latter is actuated, the concrete located in the distribution line (30) is emptied over part of the delivery line (16) into a collecting container (82). The emptying operation can be started automatically before the concrete sets in the piping system. <IMAGE>

Beton wird durch eine Förderleitung (16) in eine ringförmige Verteilleitung (30) gepumpt, die in Umfangsabständen Zweigleitungen (34) aufweist, die mittels Absperrorganen (36) einzeln verstopfbar sind. Das andere Ende der Verteilleitung (30) ist an eine Betonausdrückvorrichtung (52) angeschlossen, bei deren Betätigung der in der Verteilleitung (30) befindliche Beton über einen Teil der Förderleitung (16) in einen Auffangbehälter (82) entleert wird. Der Entleerungsvorgang kann automatisch vor dem Abbinden des Betons im Leitungssystem gestartet werden.
