Abstract (en)
A coin cassette for a coin-operated machine (5) consists of a container (1) and a cover (2) which are connected by means of a hinge (6). Arranged on the cover (2) is a protective housing (12) which contains a sleeve (13) with a hook (15) located outside the sleeve (13). When the coin cassette is being pushed into a housing (4), the hook (15) catches in a lug (14) penetrating into the protective housing (12) and connected to the housing (4). When the coin cassette is removed from the housing (4), the hook (15) transmits a mechanical movement to a lever mechanism (17, 17', 20, 27) by means of the sleeve (13) and by means of a compression spring (18). The lever mechanism (17, 17', 20, 27) closes by means of a closing piece (10) an entry orifice (8) for coins and is locked by means of a notch (22) and by means of a pawl (24) anchored in the container (1). A return spring (29) drives the closing piece (10) back from the entry orifice (8) as long as the lever mechanism (17, 17', 20, 27) is not locked. Means for the damping of movements of the closing piece (10) prevent an unintended closing and locking of the entry orifice (8). Eine Münzkassette für einen Münzautomaten (5) besteht aus einem Behälter (1) und einem Deckel (2), die mit einem Scharnier (6) verbunden sind. Auf dem Deckel (2) ist ein Schutzgehäuse (12) angeordnet, das eine Hülse (13) mit einem ausserhalb der Hülse (13) angeordneten Haken (15) enthält. Beim Einschieben der Münzkassette in ein Gehäuse (4) hängt der Haken (15) in eine ins Schutzgehäuse (12) hineindringende, mit dem Gehäuse (4) verbundene Oese (14) ein. Beim Entfernen der Münzkassette aus dem Gehäuse (4) überträgt der Haken (15) eine mechanische Bewegung mittels der Hülse (13) und mittels einer Druckfeder (18) auf einen Hebelmechanismus (17, 17', 20, 27). Der Hebelmechanismus (17, 17', 20, 27) verschliesst mit einem Verschlussstück (10) eine Eintrittsöffnung (8) für Münzen und verriegelt sich mittels einer Raste (22) und mittels einer im Behälter (1) verankerten Klinke (24). Eine Rückholfeder (29) treibt das Verschlussstück (10) von der Eintrittsöffnung (8) zurück, solange der Hebelmechanismus (17, 17', 20, 27) nicht verriegelt ist. Mittel zur Dämpfung von Bewegungen des Verschlussstückes (10) verhindern ein unbeabsichtigtes Schliessen und Verriegeln der Eintrittsöffnung (8). Der Hebelmechanismus (17, 17', 20, 27) wird beim Aufklappen des Deckels (2) vom Behälter (1) selbsttätig entriegelt.
