Abstract (en)

Employed for the immunological identification of the soluble alpha-helical central portions of intermediate filament proteins are antibodies which are suitable for identifying intermediate filament proteins according to their original tissue type and react immunologically with standards obtained from the native monomers by reconstitution. The identification is used to discover tissue lesions (tumor necroses, inflammations and other pathological foci) in live organisms.

Zur immunologischen Identifizierung der löslichen alphahelikalen Mittelstücke von Intermediärfilamentproteinen werden Antikörper eingesetzt, die zur Identifizierung von Intermediärfilamentproteinen nach ihrem Ursprungsgewebetyp geeignet sind und mit durch Rekonstitution aus nativen Monomeren gewonnenen Standards immunologisch reagieren. Die Identifizierung dient zur Auffindung von Gewebsläsionen (Tumornekrosen, Entzündungen und andere pathologische Herde) in lebenden Organismen.
