Abstract (en)
In an electromagnetic relay having a hinged armature, it is intended to prevent the armature lifting off its bearing point in the event of shock loads or high accelerations. One or two flaps (20, 29) are produced by means of a U- or two L-shaped sections (19; 26, 27) from the leaf spring (12) attached to the yoke sections (8, 9), or individual flaps (20, 29) are inserted into the corresponding sections. The flaps in each case cover one section of the bearing edge (16) and are angled at the end. The angled parts (24) hold the armature (10) securely and prevent it lifting off, particularly in the direction at right angles to the plane of the armature (10). The relay is suitable for applications in which high shock loads or accelerations occur. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einem elektromagnetischen Relais mit Klappanker soll ein Abheben des Ankers von seiner Lagerstelle bei Stoßbelastungen oder hohen Beschleunigungen vermieden werden. Aus der an den Jochabschnitten (8, 9) befestigten Blattfeder (12) sind durch einen U- oder zwei L-förmige Ausschnitte (19; 26, 27) eine bzw. zwei Laschen (20, 29) entstanden oder in die entsprechenden Ausschnitte Einzellaschen (20, 29) eingesetzt. Die Laschen überdecken jeweils einen Abschnitt der Lagerkante (16) und sind am Ende abgewinkelt. Die abgewinkelten Teile (24) halten den Anker (10) sicher und verhindern das Abheben insbesondere in Richtung senkrecht zur Ebene des Ankers (10). Das Relais ist für Anwendungsfälle geeignet, bei denen hohe Stoßbelastungen oder Beschleunigungen auftreten.
