[origin: EP0337177A1] The invention relates to a seal for segments which are assembled to form a tubular tunnel, each segment having an encircling double- sealing frame of elastomeric material, the double-sealing frame lying on the outside, concentrically or on the inside. The essential feature of this invention consists in the fact that a transverse sealing profile (23) is located as a transverse connection between the two sealing frames (24a, 24b) running in parallel. <IMAGE>
