Abstract (en)
A stiff, adjustable frame, with fixed or variable position, supports two drive devices, with pedal cranks (14) and cranks (23), connected to each other and acting in coupling with equal or differentiated speed ratios. The position of the devices is adjustable to the physical structure of the users and is particularly suitable for the therapies of motory rehabilitation of the limbs and joints, for maintenance or improvement of the tonus and ligaments, for improvement of circulation of the blood and/or for the practise of physical exercises in general.
