Storey-high concrete staircase element with a U-section, having an outer-wall element, which forms the U-section, with a rectangular outer boundary and an inner boundary curved in the angle region. The inner boundary runs parallel to the line of the flight, the line of the flight being extended without interruption and having at least a winding of 90 DEG . In the angle region between the outer and inner boundary of the outer-wall element, at least one service shaft is provided. The two side walls of the outer-wall element are connected by a beam at the height of the upper floor. In a staircase element constructed in this manner, a stairway construction and a construction for service shafts are advantageously realised at the same time. <IMAGE>

Geschoßhohes Treppenhauselement mit einem U-förmigen Querschnitt aus Beton mit einem den U-förmigen Querschnitt bildenden Außenwandelement (2) mit einer rechtwinkligen äußeren Begrenzung und einer im Winkelbereich gekrümmten inneren Begrenzung. Die innere Begrenzung verläuft parallel zur Treppenlauflinie (6), wobei die Treppenlauflinie (6) ohne Unterbrechung durchgeführt und mindestens eine Wendelung von 90° aufweist. Im Winkelbereich zwischen der äußeren und inneren Begrenzung des Außenwandelementes (2) ist mindestens ein Installationsschacht vorgesehen. Die beiden Seitenwände des Außenwandelementes (2) sind in Höhe der oberen Geschoßdecke mit einem Balken verbunden. Bei einem derartig ausgebildeten Treppenhauselement sind in vorteilhafter Weise gleichzeitig eine Treppenkonstruktion und eine Konstruktion für Installationsschächte verwirklicht.
