Abstract (en)
For filling the peripheral edge joints of double-glazing panes, having any desired outer contour, with a sealant, stored data on the geometry of the outer contour of the double-glazing pane is used to control the relative movement between said pane and the sealing member. The relative speed of the relative movement between the double-glazing pane (1) and the filling nozzle (4) is changed in such a way that the desired extent of filling of the peripheral edge joint remains constant even with a changing depth of the edge joint and/or changing output of a sealant. Furthermore, the relative speed between the sealing member and the double-glazing pane in the region of straight (6) or less greatly curved sections of the edge joint is chosen to be greater than in the region of more greatly curved sections (2). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Zum Füllen der Randfugen von Isolierglasscheiben mit beliebig ausgebildeter Umrißform mit Versiegelungsmasse, werden zur Steuerung der Relativbewegung zwischen Isolierglasscheibe und Versiegelungsorgan gespeicherte Geometriedaten der Umrißform der Isolierglasscheibe herangezogen. Die Relativgeschwindigkeit der Relativbewegung zwischen Isolierglasscheibe (1) und Fülldüse (4) wird so geändert, daß das gewünschte Ausmaß der Füllung der Randfuge auch bei sich ändernder Tiefe der Randfuge und/oder sich ändernder Förderleistung einer Versiegelungsmasse konstant bleibt. Weiters wird die Relativgeschwindigkeit zwischen Versiegelungsorgan und Isolierglasscheibe im Bereich gerader (6) oder weniger stark gekrümmter Abschnitte der Randfuge größer gewählt als im Bereich stärker gekrümmter Abschnitte (2).
