[origin: EP0338230A2] A pressure controller for a compression chamber has a pump delivering motor fluid to the chamber through an inlet line, a control valve in the inlet line, a sensor measuring pressure in the chamber, a controller adjusting the valve in response to measured pressure, and a sensor detecting the position of the valve. An installation for and method of pressing fruit are also claimed.
