In a bandpass amplifier having a differentiating stage of two transistors which are fed from a common current source, the collector of the first transistor is connected via a resistor to the base of a third transistor complementary to the first and second transistor and the collector of the second transistor is connected via a resistor to the base of a fourth transistor complementary to the first and second transistor. The emitters of the third transistor and of the fourth transistor are connected to a supply voltage source and the collectors of the third transistor and of the fourth transistor form the output terminals of the amplifier. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einem Bandpaßverstärker mit einer Differenzstufe aus zwei Transistoren (T1, T2), die von einer gemeinsamen Stromquelle (Is) gespeist werden, ist der Kollektor des ersten Transistors (T1) über einen Widerstand (R1) mit der Basis eines zum ersten und zweiten Transistor (T1, T2) komplementären dritten Transistors (T3) und der Kollektor des zweiten Transistors über einen Widerstand mit der Basis eines zum ersten und zweiten Transistor komplementären vierten Transistors (T4) verbunden. Die Emitter des dritten Transistors (T3) und des vierten Transistors (T4) sind mit einer Versorgungsspannungsquelle (Vs) verbunden und die Kollektoren des dritten Transistors (T3) und des vierten Transistors (T4) bilden die Ausgangsklemmen des Verstärkers.
