Verfahren und Einrichtung zur Steuerung einer Antriebseinrichtung eines Mittel- oder Hochspannungsschaltgerätes Bei einem Mittel- oder Hochspannungsschaltgerät besteht die Aufgabe durch Verbesserung der Steuerung und Überwachung des Schaltgerätes einschließlich Antriebseinrichtung die Schalterbelastung zu verringern und die Verfügbarkeit bzw. deren Überwachung zu verbessern. Diese Aufgabe wird durch Ermittlung eines optimalen Zeitpunktes (tEV, tAV) zum Einschalten bzw. zum Ausschalten des Schaltgerätes (1) gelöst, wodurch sich eine minimale Lichtbogenzeit ergibt. Außerdem wird mit Hilfe einer elektronischen Antriebssteuereinrichtung (11) und verschiedenen Sensoren (13...17) eine ständige Diagnose der Verfügbarkeit des Schaltgerätes (1) durchgeführt. Die Erfindung läßt sich in Schalteinrichtungen der Mittel- und Hochspannungstechnik anwenden. Signifikant ist Fig. 3.
