According to one embodiment, the adjustment of the beam (4) and associated grader blade (9) is fully hydraulically controlled including locking of the beam (4) in a desired position and maintaining the beam position by a hydraulic fluid lock (34). This preferred arrangement permits full power adjustment of the high-lift (5) while the blade (9) is in a lifted condition. The particular beam (4) shape improves the position of the cylinders (6, 16) to effect positioning the blade (9) for working.

Elevateur de lame et système de support (5) sont destinés à une niveleuse pour routes et dont on a simplifié la construction et a mélioré la géométrie. Selon un mode de réalisation, le réglage de la poutrelle (4) et de la lame de niveleuse associée (9) se fait par une commande entièrement hydraulique qui comprend par exemple le blocage de la poutrelle (4) dans une position désirée et le maintien fixe de la position de la poutrelle par un verrouillage à fluide hydraulique (34). Cet agencement préféré permet un réglage en pleine puissance de l'élevateur de grande amplitude (5), pendant que la lame (9) est en position élevée. La forme particulière de la poutrelle (4) améliore la position des cylindres (6, 16), facilitant ainsi le positionnement de la lame (9) lors de l'utilisation de la niveleuse.
