Eine elektrische und/oder elektronische Steuereinrichtung für Verdunkelungsvorrichtung wie Rolläden, Markisen, Rollos, Lamellenvorhänge od. dgl., mit einem Empfangsteil (2), einer an das Empfangsteil (2) anschließbaren Übertragungsleitung (3) und einem am Ende der Übertragungsleitung (3) angeordneten Lichteinstrahlungssensor (4), bei dem, vorzugsweise, der Lichteinstrahlungssensor (4) in ein als Saugnapf od. dgl. ausgeführtes Befestigungselement (5) eingesetzt ist, wird vereinfacht, indem das Empfangsteil (2) einen optoelektrischen oder optoelektronischen Wandler (6) aufweist, die Übertragungsleitung als Lichtleiter (3) ausgeführt und einenends an die optische Seite des optoelektischen oder optoelektronischen Wandlers (6) angekoppelt ist, der Lichteinstrahlungssensor (4) als rein optisches Lichtempfangselement ausgeführt ist und der Lichtleiter (3) anderenends in das optische Lichtempfangselement (4) eingeführt oder direkt an das optische Lichtempfangselement (4) herangeführt ist.
