On a web-fed rotary printing machine working by the flexographic printing process, the clogging of screen surfaces of a printing plate inked by means of water colours is prevented in that the water colour fed to the inking unit and a surface temperature of a screen cylinder are temperature-controlled continuously.

An einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine, die im Flexodruckverfahren arbeitet, wird das Zusetzen von Rasterflächen einer mittels Wasserfarben eingefärbten Druckplatte dadurch verhindert, daß die dem Farbwerk zugeführte Wasserfarbe und eine Oberflächentemperatur einer Rasterwalze fortlaufend temperiert wird.
