A device for removing trousers (12) from a double-leg ironing machine with an ironing board (10) receiving the two trouser legs (22, 24) in the spread position comprises a gripper (30) movable along the ironing board and having two clamping plates (34, 36) which are arranged in the transverse direction of the ironing board and at least one (34) of which is movable perpendicularly relative to the ironing board and can be lowered onto its surface. By means of the gripper (30), the end of one trouser leg (24) is grasped, lifted somewhat, transported in the longitudinal direction of the ironing board (10) to the end of the other trouser leg (22) and released there. In this way, the two trouser legs (22, 24) are laid smoothly one on top of the other, so that the trousers can be grasped manually or mechanically at the ends of the two trouser legs and clamped in a trouser hanger, for example for further transport. <IMAGE>

Eine Vorrichtung zur Abnahme von Hosen (12) von einer Doppelbein-Bügelmaschine mit einer die beiden Hosenbeine (22,24) in gespreizter Stellung aufnehmenden Bügelplatte (10) umfaßt einen längs der Bügelplatte verfahrbaren Greifer (30) mit zwei in Querrichtung der Bügelplatte angeordneten Klemmplatten (34,36) von denen wenigstens eine (34) senkrecht zur Bügelplatte bewegbar und auf deren Oberfläche absenkbar ist. Mit Hilfe des Greifers (30) wird das Ende des einen Hosenbeins (24) erfaßt, etwas angehoben und in Längsrichtung der Bügelplatte (10) zum Ende des anderen Hosenbeins (22) transportiert und dort freigegeben. Auf diese Weise werden die beiden Hosenbeine (22,24) glatt übereinandergelegt, so daß die Hose manuell oder mechanisch an den Enden beider Hosenbeine erfaßt und beispielsweise für den Weitertransport in einen Hosen-Klemmbügel eingespannt werden kann.
