Adhesive tape (R) dispenser of the type consisting of a yoke mounted so as to rock about an axis (4-4') located at the surface of a cylindrical body (C) housed in the hub (M) on which the tape (R) is wound, and carrying, on the one hand, a cutting element (3) and, on the other hand, a transverse tab (6) forming a bearing surface for the free end (R') of the tape after cutting, characterised in that: - the length (L) of the arm (1, 1') of the yoke is greater than the maximum radius of the roll of the tape, - the cutting element (3) is carried by the yoke with interposition of a spacer (2), the purpose of which is to ensure a substantially constant first distance (a) between this cutting element (3) and the surface of the tape roll, - the bearing tab (6) is carried by the yoke at a second distance (b) which is tangential and substantially equal to the first distance (a). <IMAGE>
