Control devices with an air intake duct are already known in which a main throttle valve connected to the accelerator pedal and an auxiliary throttle valve are arranged in order to reduce the load reversal shock when the accelerator pedal is rapidly depressed. In the case of these devices a load reversal shock is still discernible with internal combustion engines at operating temperature when changing from idling or partial load operation. In order to overcome this disadvantage the control device according to the invention is characterised in that the actuating device is formed by a diaphragm device whose diaphragm is subjected to the pressure in the air intake duct section between the main and auxiliary throttle valve and has a spring acting in the opening direction of the auxiliary throttle valve and in that a further diaphragm or piston device engages on the auxiliary throttle valve, loading this in a closing direction as a function of the pressure prevailing in the air intake duct section downstream from the main throttle valve. By means of the invention a load reversal shock is reliably avoided with a device of simple construction, enabling the internal combustion engine to be used in a vehicle. <IMAGE>

Es sind bereits Steuervorrichtungen mit einem Luftansaugkanal bekannt, in dem eine mit dem Gaspedal gekoppelte Hauptdrosselklappe und eine Zusatzdrosselklappe angeordnet sind, um den Lastwechselstoß bei einem schnellen Durchtreten des Gaspedals zu vermindern. Bei diesen Vorrichtungen ist ein Lastwechselstoß bei betriebswarmer Brennkraftmaschinen aus Leerlauf- oder Teillastbetrieb heraus immer noch spürbar. Die erfindungsgemäße Steuervorrichtung weist zur überwindung des Nachteils die Merkmale auf, daß die Betätigungsvorrichtung durch eine Membranvorrichtung (4) gebildet ist, deren Membrane (5) dem Druck im Luftansaugkanalabschnitt (1) zwischen der Haupt-(2) und Zusatzdrosselklappe (3) ausgesetzt ist und eine in Öffnungsrichtung der Zusatzdrosselklappe wirkende Feder (6) aufweist, und daß eine weitere Membran- oder Kolbenvorrichtung (16) an die Zusatzdrosselklappe angreift und diese in Abhängigkeit des im Luftansaugkanalabschnitt stromab der Hauptdrosselklappe herrschenden Drucks in Schließrichtung belastet. Mit der Erfindung ist bei einfachem Aufbau der Vorrichtung ein Lastwechselstoß mit Sicherheit vermieden und ein Einsatz der Brennkraftmaschine in einem Fahrzeug möglich geworden.
